This little cutout handle clutch is the inspiration for many new purses to come! I wanted to make a cute, sophisticated looking clutch for days when I just needed to carry a few things in a really adorable purse! This is also the entrance of snaps! There is a snap closure at the top of the bag just under the bow which keeps the purse closed tightly.  I designed this clutch to open a little extra on the sides to allow for wider things to be kept inside.  There is also a small magnetic closure pocket on the inside for anything that needs to be tucked away.  Then, the outside bow just adds a little extra touch of cuteness!  The size on this bag could vary greatly depending on the buy’s wishes.  The sides of this clutch are just a little bit smaller than the side of my regular handbags.  Next, I am considering making this clutch in all black with a stripe of color, probably the silver, for an elegant evening accessory.

Aqua and Zebra

The third purse I made was finally for myself.  The aqua and zebra almost look a little retro together because of the aqua color, but I really like it and so does every who sees it!  I made a two strapper for myself which is complete with two pockets.  This is also the first purse that has gotten a little cover over one of the pockets, complete with zebra bow, which has become a real crowd pleaser!  A family friend liked it so much that she wanted me to duplicate it for her, with the substitution of two handles for one end to end strap.  This long strap makes it a bit more comfortable on the shoulder, which is of course necessary for the shopping girl!  Purse number four also has the same pocket cover with a small modification.  I added a stripe under the bow so it looks a little like a wrapped present! Its just a different little touch.

My second purse was a request for animal print.  I did the zebra and black weave after I decided that a completely zebra weave purse would be way too busy for the  eye.  This was also the first purse that I did a completely lined and pocketed inside.  There are two different types of pockets and I have since figured out several more pocket types.  There are magnets to close the purse, but I have been transitioning into the world of snaps.

After finding a picture of a purse made out of duct tape, I somehow managed to create a pink purse, completely out of duct tape! I was really surprised that it turned out as well as it did since I had no directions at all and very limited knowledge of the world of duct tape (except that of its extreme stickiness and ability to fix just about anything)! However, I have since made several modifications to my purse design.  The overall design is a basket weave which is really difficult to make but looks amazing when it is finished!

I have been experimenting with other purse, clutch and wallet designs.  I just use pictures of purses that i like and figure out how to create them solely out of duct tape!  Every time I finish a new handbag, I will post the pictures here for anyone to see!  Remember, I take custom orders!
